Online Public File Implementation

March 1, 2018 is the deadline for radio stations to implement the Online Public File—noncommercial educational radio stations and commercial radio stations in the Top 50 Nielsen audio markets with less than five fulltime employees must complete the uploading of their public inspection file to the FCC’s online file by this date.

Question: Matt, I have heard that the FCC has done away with the requirement that we keep letters and emails from the public in the physical Public Inspection File at our main studio. Does that mean we can chuck those files now?
