OAB Day at the Capitol

The OAB is the voice of radio and television broadcasters at the state capitol in Salem, and conducts “OAB Day at the Capitol” annually.

Radio and Television managers, OAB Board Members and our contract lobbying team converge on Salem to meet with legislators to discuss issues that are key to broadcasters in the state of Oregon.

OAB Day at the Capitol concludes with a legislative reception hosted by the OAB, featuring the presentation of the OAB’s coveted Broadcaster of the Year Award, and Radio and Television Station of the Year Awards.

The OAB’s contract lobbyist is CFM Strategic Communications.
