NAB Statement on Circulation of TV White Spaces NPRM

WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to the circulation by FCC Chairman Ajit Pai of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on regulations governing TV white spaces, the following statement can be attributed to NAB Executive Vice President of Communications Dennis Wharton:

“NAB appreciates the consensus-based approach the FCC is taking in this proceeding. We look forward to working with the Commission and other stakeholders to develop final rules that will allow more flexibility for rural white spaces operations while protecting broadcasters.”
