About this opportunity:
Phase 3 Digital, a full service digital solutions provider, and the KXLY Radio Group include well-known radio brands like 92.9 KZZU, The Big 99.9 Coyote Country, Rock 94 ½, Hot 96.9, KXLY AM 920/100.7 and 700 ESPN. We are looking for a dynamic sales-minded individual to join our digital and radio advertising sales team. You will represent the KXLY Radio Group and Digital properties to spot sales offices and regional client marketing executives. You will be involved in all areas related to new business development, sports sales, radio and digital sales coordination. You must want to grow professionally and move at the speed of light while still having fun.

What you’ll do:
• Achieve targeted monthly sales goals with National, Regional and Digital
• Develop long term sales relationships with advertisers as well as increase spending levels of established clients
• Consistently seek new business opportunities
• Keep current advertisers as well as prospects informed about programming, pricing, packages, special opportunities, market research and trends, and maintain personal contact with spot offices, agencies and regional clients
• Responsible for collection of accounts
• Provide forecast guidance on a weekly and quarterly basis
• Assist Radio GSM with all sports package development, pricing and tracking of Sports opportunities sold
• Enter broadcast, digital and promotional orders
• Maintain organized files, paperwork and history of individual accounts
• Cultivate and maintain positive professional relationships with advertisers, support team, and co-workers
• Cultivate and coordinate all radio political advertising and digital buys
• Coordinate sales for some local direct accounts and trade accounts

What you’ll bring:
• An understanding of strategic account management, ratings, and digital execution
• Extensive Nielsen ratings and Scarborough knowledge
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and collaboratively with others
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Ability to work well with other departments to achieve success
• Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility and assertiveness to meet goals
• Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills
